Danny is a musician who plays trumpet, cornet, fluglehorn, valve trombone, euphonium, alto horn, marching baritone, guitar and piano among other instruments. He is also a singer/songwriter and composer/producer who runs a studio called Mushroom Stamp Productions out of his apartment in Culver City.

After graduating from UCLA with a BA in music composition in 2001, where he studied with great musicians like Kenny Burrell, Paul Chihara and Harold Land, Danny has been a continued presence in the Los Angeles music scene. Since then Danny has worked with a wide range of local, national and international artists including Lenka, Rilo Kiley, Built To Spill, Mike Elizondo, Glen Campbell, Julian Casablancas, Robin Thicke, Natasha Bedingfield, Joshua Radin, Sly Stone, The Breakestra, The Spinto Band, A Fine Frenzy, Carina Round, The Elected, TOCA, American Music Club, and more.

Currently Danny spends the majority of his time split between free lance studio work, touring with Lenka, and playing and recording with the Ventriloquists.
